An event concept we created for the Mall of Cyprus

The Client

The Mall of Cyprus is the first shopping centre of its kind in Cyprus. With 5.5 million visitors per year, it is the top retail and entertainment destination on the island, bringing together the most desirable global brands and retail stores including Debenhams, Zara, Benetton, Topshop, Public, Intersport, Carrefour, Starbucks, TGI Fridays, McDonalds, K-Cineplex as well as an organized food court with cafes, restaurants and lots more.

The Challenge

The Mall of Cyprus asked us to create a Mother’s Day Concept that would enhance customer engagement as well as attract more visitors to the Mall, thereby increasing their sales.

The Concept

The idea behind the Concept was to organise an event to take place at the Mall of Cyprus on Mother’s Day that would demonstrate the unbreakable bond between a mother and a child. A logo was specially designed by Consultics designers to communicate this message, inspired by the sculpture of a mother holding her child outside the Mall of Cyprus. Branded material was placed strategically throughout the Mall and a number of fun activities for children were held.

The Outcome

The Mother’s Day unbreakable bond message was communicated as per the client’s prerequisite.
